So this morning, while others were competing in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, we avoided the chaos and took a relaxing walk down the Don Valley ravine, from Taylor Creek park to Riverdale Farm.
We ended up in Cabbagetown, looking for a diner for lunch, and on a wall facing what used to be a nice coffee shop and is now another TD bank was this mural. I've been travelling around the city, photographing all of the murals I can, before they disappear. More on that later.
After I completed my 365 project, I was a little curious about the direction I would take with my photography. In the end, I decided to continue in the same vein, taking photographs of things I saw each day but never really noticed; tiled deco buildings, inset statues, urban murals (maybe graffiti, maybe not).
